Anderson Knee and Shoulder TeamMission Statement

We fully recognize how frightening it is for a patient to have pain or disability in their knee or shoulder. Our goal is to help educate each person as to the cause of their problem, and options for treatment. We want to provide the best possible outcome for each individual either through conservative care or surgical correction. Our entire staff is committed to assisting each patient through the process and to help patients obtain maximum function.

Michelle is our Front Office Coordinator. She schedules patientís appointments and is in charge of maintaining the office/patient schedule. Michelle has worked with Dr. Anderson for a number of years and is very knowledgeable about the workings of the office. She is also scheduled depositions and medical-legal appointments. Jennifer is our Front Office Receptionist. She greets our patients upon arrival in the office and helps patient fill out their new patient paper work. She also schedules new patient and follow-up appointments. She is conversant in Cantonese and Mandarin. She is also the person to contact if you need a copy of your medical records. Pilar is Dr. Andersonís Medical Assistant. She assists patients in setting-up and authorizing diagnostic tests, such as MRIís, and physical therapy. Pilar helps patients to arrange for the fitting of braces and helps patients to schedule follow-up appointments. Pilar has worked in the medical field for many years. Teranze is Dr. Purchaseís Medical Assistant. He assists patients in setting-up and authorizing diagnostics testing like MRIís and physical therapy. Jessica is Dr. Anderson and Dr. Purchaseís Surgery Scheduler. She helps patients through the process of scheduling surgery. She assists patients in preparing for surgery and for their post-operative recovery. Jessica obtains patientís healthcare benefits and authorizations for surgery.
