We fully recognize how frightening it is for a patient to have pain or disability in their knee or shoulder. Our goal is to help educate each person as to the cause of their problem, and options for treatment. We want to provide the best possible outcome for each individual either through conservative care or surgical correction. Michelle is our Front Office Coordinator. She greets our patient’s upon arrival in the office and helps patients to fill-out their new patient paperwork. Michelle schedules the majority of our patient’s appointments and is in charge of maintaining the office/patient schedule. Michelle L. has worked with Dr. Anderson for a number of years and is very knowledgeable about the workings of the office. Pilar is our office Medical Assistant. She assists patients in setting-up and authorizing diagnostic tests, such as MRI’s, and physical therapy. Pilar helps patients to arrange for the fitting of braces and helps patients to schedule follow-up appointments. Pilar has worked in the medical field for many years. Jessica is our Surgery Scheduler. She helps patients through the process of scheduling surgery. She assists patients in preparing for surgery and for their post-operative recovery. Jessica obtains patient’s healthcare benefits and authorizations for surgery. If you have any questions about surgery or how to take care of yourself after surgery, Jessica is the person to ask for.
